Time to get fit for riding me thinks, started off by going to dunstable mx today, apparently the hardest practice track in the uk, all day track got out at 10:15, rode as hard as i could for as long as i could, 1&1/4 hours!! Got back in at 11:40 couldn't eat or drink until about 12 lol, felt abit sick prob...
