Not sure best place to ask really as it's more general than tuning etc. Anyways I want to replace all the main cables to nice braided ones. Thought my bike was going a bit slow back brake locking on well riding along then i keep having to releasing some pressure to get going again any ideas anybody please

ive recently had to replace the gold clips that hold the brake pad in place, but now i have put everything back together my back brake seems to be on, and my brake pedal is very spongy, any suggestions apart from going to the garage?

After almost crashing yesterday i was wondering if there was a way to fit the front brake of a DTX on a DTR without having the supermoto front wheel, obviosly i would need the DTX forks, disc and caliper, after i got all this down i was like hmm can the DTX disc actually fit onto the DTR wheel? so my question...

I dont know much about brake fluid I just know I need DOT 4 could anyone tell me which is the one I should use from the link below that would be great thankyou nothing to pricey eh lads hahaha!!!!! When out on my bike the rear brake will work fine 95% of the time but sometimes its working fine then all off a sudden it just stops working and the peddle just pushes down towards the ground feeling like thers no pressure on the pads but if i leave it for a minute or so it gradually comes back and works fine ag...

Hi there, does anyone know of a simple way of upgrading front and rear brakes on a 1989 DT125R. I have put goodridge hoses on but brakes are still rubbish. I was wondering if any motocross bikes have similar fittings and if a complete brake system from a mx bike could just be bolted on?I use bike off road on...

Does anyone know how to make the rear brake.....brake? i recently put new pads in cos the old ones were worn to nothing, they do sort of slow you down, if you press the pedal right down, but it really is useless. I've tried bleeding the brakes a couple of times, to no effect. Any other little tip...

Hi Folks, im looking in to improving braking and fitting a larger diskl. However the bolt pattern on the hub seem rather strange at 120 degrees apart. Does anyone have a different bolt pattern on their hub? Once the larger disk is in place i can then machine an adapter from a lump of ally
